You are surely sick of your well-built friends. Not to consider those awful jokes you have to take because of this. There is only one solution that can save you from your friends: working your muscles. Below you can read some tips for basic training.  
Going to a gym depends mostly on your daily schedule. Fitness instructors say that the favorable periods for feeding the muscles are before lunch, from 10 to 12 and in the afternoon, from 4 to 7.  
They were settled after a proper observation of each person’s behavior and after the evaluation of body builders’ results. The optimal period for each individual differs, more or less, depending on his sleeping habits and lunch hour. It’s best to stick to a certain schedule once you’ve decided it.  
This is exactly why you will have to be able somehow to fit the gym visits into your regular daily routine, without interfering with work or personal life. If you focus only on your burn the fat feed the muscle purpose you might end up failing many things, including the program itself. 
People often wonder about the perfect training duration. A basic training program may last up to 90 minutes, but it’s recommended not to go over the 60 minute limit. 
When you dress up for the gym, artificial materials are a big no-no. The clothes you wear at the gym must be comfortable and not too tight.  Also be careful to allow free blood flow. 
These exercises will help you gain mobility and avoid injuries. Forget a bit about the fact that you think aerobic exercises are too feminine for you, because you will be using them each time you start training. It’s very important to carry out these exercises, as they assure your mobility needed. If you feel like you are in a hurry, it’s better to shorten up the training than to give up on the pre-training exercises.
Also, try to be as relaxed mentally as possible during training. Get your Apple ipod player with you to the gym and let it help you in getting away from everyday problems. Muscles are built faster when the mind is not preoccupied.

During training you must drink water at all times, because it will raise your endurance.
